The “Ripped” Party 1990-91

Parties in the Pines have always been very detailed and planned affairs. The creative in the community would lend their talents making them almost professional as invitations were designed by graphic design artists as well as decor. The best DJs of the eras would play and record them for posterity. The Ripped Party of the 90’s was just one.

The fashion trend of the moment ripped clothing was the perfect theme as the 1990’s began…

Parties would turn into tradition as this party would repeat itself the following year.

DJ Rolf Iverson would play and it would be recorded on Cassettes to be sold.

Thank you to Bruce McDougald for the Photo & music donation.

Thank you San Francisco Disco Preservation Society.
